Mugler Men's Formal Woolen Jacket
Yeah we know Lady Gaga did some sketchy stuff with Mugler and they had that skeleton tattooed guy as their model, but after coming out with a woolen jacket like this we forgive them. This season it seems as if every single clothing company that makes blazers or suits is going from a 2 button to a 3 button-- in this case 6 buttons because it's double breasted. Anyways, we love it. It's matched with black trousers here but would look equally as sharp with a pair of grey wool trousers and a sharp, angular shoe or boot. The UK's Oki-Ni has it.
Jungmaven White Short Sleeve
Jungmaven is a new name, but we like what we see. The short sleeve white tee is an obvious staple in any mans closet, but all too often used as an undershirt. There aren't too many outfits more fashionable than a white t-shirt, your favorite pair of jeans, and a good pair of suede shoes. We really like the proportions of this tee from the pictures it looks like the arms are a bit longer and more tapered than your average hanes undershirt. Plus it's cheap, get it at Context

Our Legacy Slim Fit Selvedge Jean
There is no such thing as too much denim in your wardrobe, especially selvedge denim. Although Our Legacy might not be famous for their denim they really nailed it with these ones. Wear them with a blazer or a basic tee. And make sure to wear them a lot to get that wash that makes raw denim so special.

Our Legacy 1940'S Rinse Wash Button Down
For the Fall, it's always important to have a solid button down lying around. This washed denim rinse shirt uses cotton from Italy providing the highest quality, and softest of fabrics. If you ever have the pleasure of trying an Our Legacy shirt on you'll know just what I mean. To provide a little background, Our Legacy is a Swedish clothier created by Founders Cristopher Nying and Jockum Hallin. They are known for designing extremely wearable garments and this is shirt is no exception. Pair it with some chinos and you're good to go. (Our Legacy)
From The Vinyl Crate
I know what you're thinking—all I ask is that you try to remeber that old saying "don't judge a book by it's cover". Today's track comes as a re-edit of "I'm Not Moving" by none other than Phil Collins. If you ask the average kid what they think about Phil Collins in this day and age, you may get little more than a sour looking expression. Luckily, for those that respect Collins' place in musical history, we have a spectacular re-edit allegedly coming from two North London locals known as the Idjut Boys. This re-edit seems to transcend the seemingly immiscible sounds of both Phil Collins and dub disco—which until I heard this, did not know was possible. I can't really put my finger on what attracts me to this track so much, but I can tell you confidently that before this, I've never had Phil Collins lyrics stuck in my head. This white label record will cost you a pretty penny, but with a B-side featuring a Marvin Gaye edit, the price is hard to argue. Purchase it from Discogs.

Levi's Vintage Clothing - Stripe T-Shirt In Verdant Greent
Clothing has the ability to bring you to a different time and place. Levi's vintage clothing has that affect on us here at Field experience. The texture and color of the fabric is just something different. This T-Shirt here is one of the best tee's I've seen in a while. It would perfectly suit one of those kids in the movie "Stand By Me." You know what movie we're talkin' bout. Pick it up at Unionmade Goods, they really have one of the greatest selections of vintage inspired clothing we've seen.

Diemme X Nitty Gritty Firenze Boot
Summer has just now passed so you know its time to get some booty. Not that slimy shit, but some real boots. Boots like these. The vibram wedge sole is a real compliment to the buttery dark brown suede; Diemme is not only known for making fashionable footwear, but functional and durable footwear. Nitty Gritty's got some good taste; everyone needs a little chocolate in their life. Purchase them here Nitty Gritty.
Maison Martin Margiela 11 Men's Bracelet
Season after season Maison Martin Margiela 11 delivers handsome metal accessories for men. There is always one piece that is an absolute necessity. This season, this golden brass colored bracelet is something that would look good on just about anybody's wrist; something that would look good on a person anywhere from 15 to 50. It's definitely got a bit of bling to it, but not too flashy for us of here at Field Experience. Another great piece of masculine arm candy from Margiela; gentlemen chain mail is back. Buy this at Ok-Ni.

Epaulet 'EP's Rivet Chino Heavyweight Twill Olive
Epaulet brings a great pair of olive chinos to the table for this Fall, along with great basic shirts, jeans, and and not to mention variety of Alden shoes. Have a pair of these myself, and must admit they are extremely well made and are tailored to perfection. Snag a pair for yourself. Epaulet New York
Nigel Cabourn Camera Jacket In Tan
Another impeccable jacket from Nigel Cabourn this season. Known for his outerwear, Nigel Cabourn creates vintage military inspired clothing that ends up being completely stylish and functional. The top of the jacket is waxed cotton that is notorious for looking better with age; the bottom is made with beatiful Harris Tweed Though this particular jacket is worn with Yuketen boots, it could just as easily be worn with your favorite dark denim and a pair of Common Projects. Anyways, this may break your bank, but it will certainly make your wardrobe. Purchase this at the world's finest: Trés Bien
OH SHIT MOMENT: RRL IS AVAILABLE ONLINE
As long as we here at Field Experience have been interested in clothing, leaders in workwear RRL (pronounced Double R.L.) decided they wanted to sell their garments exclusively in store through selected retailers and also through RRL stores. This brand to some may seem a bit pricey but in all honesty there is no substitute to a piece of RRL clothing; their pieces are durable, authentic, and timeless. If I had the money, I'd buy every God Damn item on their site and that's the truth. RRL
What's That Jacket, Margiela!?
Hell yes it is, and that's Maison Martin Margiela to you. For Autumn/Winter, Margiela offers this Flecked Grey Hopsack Blazer with halved elbow patches. This double-button notch lapel blazer runs for a hefty $1,660. (Mr. Porter) The prices you pay for lookin' good... The brothers of FE wish you a happy ending to your week or beginning to your weekend.
Studio D'Artisan Organic Loopwheel Zip-Up
Studio D'Artisan, a Japanese clothing company started in 1979, who is primarily known for producing superior denim goods offers this beautiful zip up. This bad boy is loopwheel woven-- which means it woven very slowly to make a softer higher quality fabric at Wakayama Prefecture. We quite like it because of its simplicity and varsity jacket shape. Between the loopwheeling and vintage double needle cover stitching we'd say its worth every penny; for all you greenies out there it's organic. Get this at Blue In Green SOHO
Mark McNairy Suede Three Color Cap
Over here at Field Experience we like to keep things spicy. Is this a little more hood than what we usually post? Yeah, but so what? Made in New Jersey, this cap features three different colors of suede and a golden clasp on the back. A little bling never hurt anybody. From the one and only McNasty.

From the Vinyl Crate
During my weekly trip to my local record store, I stumbled upon this white label masterpiece that I thought deserved a post. Simply bearing the catalog name of "MICHAEL001" on the A-side, this record features two unaccredited edits of Michael Jackson classics "I Can't Help It", and "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough" by Norwegian producer Terje Olsen. While the B-side sounds more like a demo cut of "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough", the A-Side features an upbeat disco edit that highlights the timeless vocals and a prominent bassline—a true gem that consistently entertains during the almost 10 minute track length. While I am unsure of it's availability digitally, you can pick up copies of this limited white label from Discogs here.

Thom Browne Solid Henley
No one does basics better than Mr. Thom Browne. To the untrained eye this may look like any other henley but the placement of buttons and the red/white/blue grosgrain trims goes along way in Modern American Sportswear. This pique piece is gritty, authentic, and incredibly expensive. Who else but Barney's could carry this?

George Cleverley Carpincho Tassel Loafer
And clever he is with the Carpincho Tassel Loafer. Although workwear is stealing the show a bit now that Fall is here, who can resist sleek and sexy? Hailing from the UK, George Cleverley was started in 1958 and now boasts Robb Report's best of the best award for 2011. It seems quite fitting after producing a pair of steppers like these. Get 'em while they're hot Leather Soul
AMI Classic Leather Jacket
AMI is a French menswear line created by Alexandre Mattiussi, a designer who has resided in the fashion houses of Dior, Marc Jacobs, and Givenchy. This is AMI's first line and there are some damn good looks. More can be seen at Barneys New York. Make sure to take a peek at the Classic Denim Jacket as well.
Illesteva Lennox In Tortoise
An excellent pair of sunglasses from Illesteva. Surprisingly more conventional than the rest of their Fall/ Winter collection. When looking at the acetate frames Ray Ban's Wayfarers come to mind as well as Moscot's Lemtosh-- the bridge of the glasses in the shape of a keyhole-- but the real bread and butter of the Lennox is the clip on. Pick up a pair of these because California looks like it just might have an Indian Summer. Pick up a pair here Illesteva
